We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to manage your subscription.

Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Premium or Ultimate subscription at any time:

  1. Go to your Polar customer portal (check your subscription email for the link)
  2. Click "Cancel subscription" or "Manage"
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Tip: If you can't find the link, contact us at hello@past100.com and we'll send you the portal link.

Unsubscribe from Newsletter Only

Want to keep your paid subscription but stop the free weekly newsletter?

Every email includes an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Click it to opt out of newsletter delivery while keeping your Premium/Ultimate access.

Or contact us at hello@past100.com and we'll update your preferences.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is deleted within 30 days of subscription ending
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
